How CarryOn works?

Prepare your package and secure it shut.
Select “Send a package” in the CarryOn app, agree to the terms and conditions, confirm that your package does not contain prohibited items, and request a delivery.
Available Carrier will connect with you after accepting to deliver your package.
Agree on a budget (usually cheaper than traditional shipping)
Arrange with the Carrier on how to give him/her your package.
Arrange how and where to collect the package.

How to become a Carrier?

The Carrier must be 18 years of age or older, be tech-savvy, and have great customer service and communication skills.
The Carrier must register on the P2P courier app or platform and complete the necessary verification and identification process.
The Carrier must ensure enough space in his luggage to accommodate the package he accepted safely and securely, and handle it with care.
The Carrier must agree to the terms and conditions set by the P2P courier app, including the responsibilities and liabilities associated with carrying someone else’s package.
The Carrier must be responsive to the sender’s inquiries and provide updates on the package’s delivery status during the journey.
The Carrier must commit to delivering the package within the agreed-upon timeframe and communicate any potential delays to the sender.
The Carrier must comply with all local, regional, and international laws and regulations related to shipping and transportation
